Our Privacy Commitment
We believe in minimal data collection. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We collect only what is necessary to operate the Platform and provide you with a great experience.

We collect only the data you actively provide and the minimum needed to operate the Platform:

Wellness & Progress Data (only what you choose to log)
- Completed breathwork and meditation sessions
- Self-reported breath metrics (BOLT score, heart rate, etc.)

Payment Information
- Payment records (type, amount, date) stored on our Platform
- We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Base44 Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
Technical Data (minimal)
- Session authentication tokens (stored in memory/session, not as tracking cookies)
- Basic error logs for Platform stability
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
The Platform may use the following limited, essential browser storage:
- Authentication session tokens: Used solely to keep you logged in during your session. These are not shared with any third party and contain no personal data.
- Local preference storage (localStorage): Used to remember user interface preferences (e.g., dark mode setting) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.
The Datadog SDK may be present for error monitoring (Platform stability only). It does not track personal behavior or sell data. You may see a console note about "no storage available" — this is normal and indicates the monitoring tool has no access to persistent session storage.
No advertising networks, social media trackers, or behavioral analytics services have access to your usage of this Platform.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide access to breathwork sessions, classes, and content
- Track your personal progress and display it to you
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send you important notifications about your account or classes
- Respond to your support requests or 1:1 session bookings
- Improve Platform stability and performance
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, behavioral targeting, or sale to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Base44 Payments: For payment processing. The payment provider has its own Privacy Policy.
- Base44 Platform: Our application is built on Base44's infrastructure, which hosts our database and backend services. Your data is stored on their secure servers.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
- Class registrations: If you register for a class, your name and contact information may be visible to the instructor to facilitate the class.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
